ACH Payment Form

Most Vendor payments made from Elite Constructors LLC will be made via ACH payment. Please fill out this form and a W-9 form to ensure your payments are correctly processed and reduce potential delays. Submit through this form or send both completed forms to todd@eclbuilding.com. Typically, payments will post to your account within two (2) banking days after initiating the payment. If you provide an email on this form, you usually will receive an email directly from the Bank when the ACH is initiated.
